Terms and Conditions for Photography Services

Welcome to "Light Bulb Studio website". Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services provided by Light Bulb Studio, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services light Bulb Studio provides photography services including but not limited to portrait photography, event photography, commercial photography, and photo editing. Our services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and scheduling.

3. Booking and Payment a. To book a photography session, clients must contact Light Bulb Studio through our website or other designated communication channels. b. A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. c. Payment for services rendered is due in full on or before the day of the photography session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. d. Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling a. Clients may cancel or reschedule a photography session by providing at least five (5) hours/ two (2) days' notice. b. Cancellations made within three (3) hours/ two (2) days of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. c. Light Bulb Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to inclement weather, equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

5. Ownership and Use of Images a. Light Bulb Studio retains all rights to the photographs taken during the session, including but not limited to copyright and ownership rights. b. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal use only. Commercial use of the photographs is prohibited without prior written consent from Light Bulb Studio. c. Clients may not alter, edit, or manipulate the photographs in any way without the express permission of Light BulbStudio.

6. Client Responsibilities a. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the date, time, and location of the photography session. b. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for photography sessions taking place on private property or in public spaces. c. Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of themselves and their guests during the photography session.

7. Limitation of Liability a. Light Bulb Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. b. In no event shall Light Bulb Studio's total liability to the client exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

8. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions Light Bulb Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
